What a wonderful home! It is so close to everything. We were able to walk to many places. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hostess and fully stocked and modernized. Our small beagle could get under the fence in the front yard, but hostess says that will be repaired soon. Location could not be better! Walking distance to eveything in the Old City. St Augustine is a great place to visit.

This was the perfect house and location for our group of 6/7 adults. It was clean, had a nice outdoor area with a firepit and grill, and was walking distance to wherever we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for walking all around downtown St. Augustine and for easily returning for nap breaks with our toddler. We loved relaxing on the patio in the evenings and watching the trolley and horse-drawn carriages go by. The home was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

Amazing accomodations! The location could not be better! The house is great, well furnished with great appliances and everything you need. I could not recommend this place more.

We had a quick 2-night stopover stay on our way to Miami. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The house interior has been renovated and is lovely. I was worried about only having one bathroom with a shower though it ended up being just fine, as there was a half bath in one of the bedrooms. Washer/dryer was nice to have. There was one disappointment, the bed in the room off the living room isn’t comfortable (could use a new mattress). The trundle bed underneath is comfy though. Location is great, convenient for walking to most things. It was nice not having to move our cars while there. Communication with Virginia (the host/owner) was easy and responds quickly. We will be looking to book this house again when next in St Augustine.

Location, location, location plus a charmingly updated bungalow with all new amenities was the perfect recipe for a 3-night stay in historic St. Augustine. We walked out our door and in 300 yards we were in the midst of all the shops and restaurants on St. George St. The owner was very friendly and responsive and the home was well stocked to make our stay stress free. It was dog-friendly for our 15 year old Cocker Spaniel and the front yard was fenced in so made it so convenient for letting her out. Our previous 3 trips to St. Augustine we stayed on the beach side so this was so enjoyable to stay in the heart of the historic district. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Best location ever. We were able to walk to almost every tour we did. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and kids. It was so cool to see the horse and carriage go by the house. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Host was easy to get in contact with.

Excellent location, comfortable beds. Very responsive host. We will be back. Our teenagers enjoyed being so close to the old city and had lots of fun hanging out in town. Well stocked kitchen.

This home is very well appointed and in the perfect location for our event. The beds were so so comfortable and plenty of towels for everyone. The kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need. Just fill the fridge.You can walk to everything in downtown and sFlagler College. There was no problem with noise. Really a great updated historic cottage with a very attentive ownerr when needed otherwise hands off, which is how we like to travel. Will stay here again for sure.!!

Beautiful home, perfect location!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location can’t be beat! It was lovely being able to walk to dinner and have so many choices that were around 0.3 miles. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Spring break

Nice place for a family get away. Location is perfect. Parking was handy. Couch was amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked. We took advantage of the outdoor furniture for happy hour and people watching. Will definitely keep in mind to stay here again.

Great house, great location

We enjoyed this house very much. The photos on the listing are accurate. Nicely appointed and well stocked with supplies. The fenced front yard worked well for our border Collie. One of the better short term rentals that we have stayed in.

St Augustine Gem!

We enjoyed this lovely bungalow! Everything was exactly as promised. Clean, comfortable and location, location, location! The front yard was fenced and perfect for our pups. We loved sitting outside and watching people and the horse and buggies roll by!

Great home in a great location!

We stayed here for 5 nights over new years and it was so nice being downtown and walk to restaurants! The house is very cozy and clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The kids and our dog really enjoyed the fenced in yard as well! When we come back to St. Augustine, we will definitely stay here again if available. Thank you so much!
