The location was perfect- such an easy walk over the bridge of lions. Nice to be out of all of the traffic in St Augustine. It was clean, bed comfy & enjoyed the back patio. The grill cheese bar had great music & food as well as Odd Birds. Both just a few steps from the unit. Amy was quick to respond.

Excellent!

Because we never spend time a the rental place other than to sleep and shower, we didn't mind that it's not right where the sites are. It's a few blocks from The Bridge of Lions, on Anastasia Island, but a very short drive to all the excitement. The rental is extremely clean. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and it's hard to find them so clean and kept up. Everything needed is there; great kitchen, bathroom has all you need. The bed is very comfortable. Oh, the coffee maker is eurig. I don't know when we['ll go back to that area of FL, but when we do we will look at renting here again. Amy was very quick to respond to any question we had also. Very highly recommend staying here.

Awesome!

Firstly, the pictures do not do this place justice. It’s roomy, airy and bright. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need. It is super clean and Amy is really great at responding to any queries you may have. The location is ideal as you’re in walking distance to St. Augustine, and your a short drive to the beach. There are so many restaurants a short drive away. We loved the Conch House and the Salt Life Food Shack and we liked Kookaburras for lunch. We also love to cycle and there are many options available. We would return in a heartbeat.

The house is just as described. Pictures are exactly like the house. The beach towels and beach bag were very helpful so we didn’t have to pack any on our flight! It was also nice to have cold packs for beach bag! The patio area was nice. House was easy to find and right off the main road. Detergent and dryer sheets were great to have furnished as well!

Great place for the weekend

We had a great weekend. This place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk across the Bridge of Lions and into the quaint city of St. Augustine. Would definitely recommend this place. The nice backyard, great parking, clean and stocked with everything you will need.

In town for New Years and a friends 60th bday.

We were a group of about 25 all on the same street which was so cool to be able to share meals and private time etc and to be able to park our vehicle's and walk everywhere was a huge bonus. We have actually decide to try and make an annual trip with this group of people. We highly recommend any Property Amy had available. She was amazing to work with and the space was exceptional.
