The room is dusty. There is also a strand of hair in the fridge. Behind and under the TV is dusty, you can telll right away that they dont dust under that tv. We are in room 504. The ledges is dirty you can see while using the toilet. Bathtub has hardened soap, you'd understand it if its under the soap container but it wasnt. Looks like it wasnt cleaned nicely. Room 404 is the same according to our friend. While front desk was very helpful and Cora is awesome the way they handled the rooms we rented is dissapointing. I was told the rooms will be across from each other when I phoned but ended up not being in the same floor. Breakfast is good. But overall my rate is 2 oit 5.

I really enjoyed the pool at this hotel, my son had so much fun and I liked that it was open so late as well. The breakfast was also nice to have in the morning with lots of seating options. The staff were also all very friendly and helpful

This is a great hotel for families and if you are staying in town with friends. We came just for the weekend, to see a show and go to the mall. It was the perfect location. You will need to have a car or be ready to call a taxi, as this part of Edmonton isn’t very walkable but the property is really good and the staff were so friendly and helpful!

A great stay for our family

We had a great stay here! We loved the pool area as it was the perfect size and depth for our little guy to enjoy. Service was amazing too!
