We went to the Bob Dylan concert, we got back to the hotel 9:50, said they were no longer serving that the bar closes at 10, seems odd when you have an event happening and you close down your bar. We wanted to have breakfast the next morning and it was locked up. We were told the cook had a family emergency. The location was great for our concert at the Orpheum across the street but it’s unlikely we will stay at the Magnolia again.

The property was beautiful and we greatly appreciated the history. The restaurant is slightly overpriced, but convenient. We would go back for the nightly milk and cookies alone!

Shuttle did not pick me up from airport although it was scheduled. I had to pay out of pocket for Uber. Once I got to hotel, I was locked outside in the cold for 20 minutes before staff let me in. There was no hairdryer and I had to run around with wet hair, there were no robes as advertised, there was no water for the coffee pot. At breakfast, the eggs were cold and the potatoes were burned. I sent it back and was told we would only be charged for our drinks, the hotel charges us for the meals anyway. We had late checkout and the cleaning staff barged into our room without knocking prior to our late checkout time. I will never stay at the hotel again and if I could, I would refuse to pay for such a horrible experience. The hotel was pretty but it does not make up for the horrible stay we had

Enjoyed the hotel. But our toilet did not work. Asked to have fixed and it worked for maybe one flush after that. Ended up just using main floor bathroom. Also pop machine was out of all drinks

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, our room was okay the shower had a bit molding in it and an order smell? My pillow smelled like sweat and wasn’t as comfy, they where sweet on providing us twin beds for our little ones and the fresh baked cookies are awesome!

Everyone was very good facility was clean, staff was friendly and great services provided. When checking out, the lady was very rude manner because i was checking out late 9pm according to her. She asume, we didnt paid for extra night. We did paid for extra night. We were checking out early.

The motel was ok. But I booked through Expedia and the motel still charged my card. So I was double charged. When I called the motel with the problem, the desk clerk was rude and eventually hung up on me!
