Very comfortable room. Bed and pillows were outstanding. Staff was friendly, maintenance staff, don’t know his name was kind and helped us with our door. For some reason our key card didn’t work. I had to go to front desk to get new cards. I don’t know if it’s the lock on the door, but it takes three tries to get in.

I like how close to UMass it is. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is one of the better ones I've had for a hotel continental breakfast.
