Our room was clean and everything we needed was readily available. The breakfast didn’t have a bunch of options but if you’re trying to save money then it’s the way to go. We did have a couple in the room next to us that fought every single day but I can hardly fault the hotel for that, just know that the walls are kinda thin lol. All in all it was a wonderful stay and the staff was amazing.

The Greenstay in Springfield Missouri was being updated.The gray color of the room was depressing Our friends booked with Hotels.com and were supposed to have the same motel as we had, but the person on the 800 number barely spoke any English, and our friends were booked two exits up the road. You need to hire English-speaking people! I will not use Greenstay anymore, and neither will our friends. The front desk people were very nice, although when they tried to work with the 800 number, they had the same problem when they tried to resolve the booking error issue. This is totally unacceptable.

Property was under construction in lobby which would have been fine, but room conditions were not good. There was a hole in the wall, the shower was handicap accessible but not safe. Handicap shower chair was torn and rusted, mat on shower floor so gross did not use shower at all. Did not need handicap acessible but only room left. There was also panel over sink that was not attached and clothing sticker stuck to wall housekeeping overlooked. Informed front desk but only stayed one night vs 2 night booking. Did not get refund and stayed elswhere 2nd night.
