Had to take cold shower, had no hot water. Called front desk & was told an “engineer” would come up….never arrived. Wanted dinner in restaurant but couldn’t get a seat although there was a back room with plenty more searing but for some reason it was closed. Had to check out a night early & was told to contact Expedia in order to not get charged for a night we didn’t even stay for.

It was ok. Our room was right by the elevator, so we heard a constant rolling noise, even after hours. It sounded like someone was constantly rolling a cart past our room. The salmon I ordered from the hotel restaurant was raw inside. Fortunately I saw that before I ate the inside. Glad I didn't get food poisoning and have to miss the concert. They did give me a refund for it. After the concert, all hotel guests had to wait for the elevators, which took a while. The stairs were locked, but I was told they would be unlocked if there was an emergency and we had to come down quickly from the 15th floor. Have stayed at nicer places for less money, but it was close to the concert venue.
