The lobby was amazing! Friendly staff that answered our questions, brought us a luggage cart and extra blanket. Bath tub and bathroom sink could have been cleaner. Totally recommend and will be back when we stay to visit the new grandbaby! 👍😎

The carpet on the 3rd floor by elevator was dirty and torn. Bathroom door in room 325 was dirty and lamination was coming off door. Toilet roll dispenser was falling of bathroom fixture.

My husband and I stayed one night while traveling through Cincinnati. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast voucher was provided. We were in a rush to get on the road so we were able to get breakfast to go. I would stay here again.

Not great but good enough

The beds were comfy, the shower was hot, and the breakfast was just fine. I was pretty dissapointed that the soaps came in single use plastive containers. Also the heater was really loud and woke me and my mom up 4 or 5 times in the night. There were stains along the sides of the beds that looked like snot or boogers.
