Room was comfortable for a family of four, with two kids under 10. Property was newer, and right off the highway near the airport. Breakfast was good but with limited rotation. Pool was nice for the kids to splash in. Room was really bright in the mornings, even if the shades were pulled all the way down. Would have liked sheets and towel rotation to be 2 days instead of three. Overall happy with this stay. Thanks for our safe clean room in Portland!

King suite with kitchen is small, if your on the first floor your bed faces the window right into the parking lot, you have to have the curtain down the entire time or everyone can see you. There was no place to sit and eat at. We stayed for 7 nights and had one garbage bag in the room. There was an old carrot and piece of celery left in my fridge from previous guest. Property stated they had grilling items you could use, when we asked for tongs they said they didn't have any. We never got our room fully cleaned after being there 7 days. The air always had moisture in it and felt damp. Room smelled heavily of chlorine even though we didn't use the pool one time. No hot tub at all, the door to the room was heavy and they all constantly slammed every time some one tried to shut them. There was a construction crew welding or repairing a gas line the entire time we stayed, there was fencing and equipment parked in front of the hotel which as where my window was. Not something I wanted to see every single time I looked outside. Overall not what I was expecting for a 7 day stay for my 10th wedding anniversary. This would more likely be a one or two night hotel. Wasn't impressed. for being a new build the room and bath room seemed pretty worn already. Room was half clean upon arrival. Friendly front desk staff.

They, the staff, were very accommodating, friendly, and respectful. The room was nice, we had a suite with a sofa bed in the living area, whichwe needed as there were 2 of us. The sofa bed though was very uncomfortable, so it was put back as a sofa with the back pillows left off and slept on like that. A little better, but not as comfortable as a traditional sofa bed that had a mattress. I would definitely book the same room if there was a better fold out sofa, or if there wasnt the need for a sofa bed.

When we arrived, the stove and the toilet didn't work. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, so we were moved to another room. In that room, the shades didn't operate, so we had street lights shining on us through the night. If it were in better repair, this would be a very nice hotel.

The first room we were sent to was not clean at all. There was hand prints, trash and hair throughout the room. Upon calling they switched our room but the next room was still not 100% clean. It looked like the didn’t vacuum the room at all. The sofa bed was AWFUL. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever felt. It felt more like a box spring than a mattress and was hard with wood bars that could be felt at every turn. On top of all this the incidental fee is $250 which they did not even disclose how much they were charging for it when they checked me in just asked to put my card in for incidentals. After being checked out for 2 days this fund has still not been released either. Overall not impressed.
