I love the staff there. They are always so nice. Housekeeping is amazing. It's clean with a relaxing environment. And the breakfast is great. This is our family's go to hotel when visiting Portland.

I stayed one night before a surgical procedure due to a winter snow storm.. the staff was very friendly and helpful. However I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom.. the shower had hair and some of the tiles looked like they had scum or mold buildup. The mattress in the bed was extremely uncomfortable.. it was rock solid and I was unable to get a good night’s sleep, because I was tossing and turning. Breakfast buffet the next morning was set up nicely they offered a great continental style breakfast along with scrambled eggs and sausage patties and make your own Belgian waffle iron.
