Just once I'd like to enjoy a hot tub without children playing in it! The rooms were facelifted, but show signs of age. Wallpaper peeling, broken towel rack o the floor behind the toilet. Not what I would expect for the price we paid. The staff were great, friendly and professional. The free breakfast was much appreciated.

The walls are a little thin. We had some rambunctious girls staying in the room near us and thry giggled and were loud until midnight. Not a big deal unless you have to get up early. Breakfast was very good. Staff were all very friendly. Property is a bit dated but comfortable. Gym very small, not much equipment but once again enough to do what's needed. Pool was cold but i like my water warmer. My daughter went in for a little bit because who doesn't want to spend time in an outdoor pool in the winter? Very neat. Hot tub was comfortable but not quite warm enough for me. Perfect for my husband.

Children were screaming at 11 at night down the hall and running up and down. The room looked nothing like it showed online. Wall paper was peeling off of the wall and the bed was hard as a rock. Super outdated. We checked out a day early and were not offered a refund. I will never stay at a best western ever again.

I have rated this better in the past. it is fine, but no longer any cookies at checkin, and the indoor/outdoor pool which was a draw for the family, is no longer heated enough to stay in for very long. Still a good choice, especially off-season prices, and the breakfast is good (not the full breakfast of the past, but good)
