This location is fantastic, being a short walk to the entertainment district down Laguna Blvd, close proximity to many island restaurants, and only an 8-10 minute walk down Oleander St to reach the beach! This property accommodates up to 10 guests and 6 vehicles.

The interior of this house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and features all tile floors and granite countertops throughout!
The 2nd floor of the home features an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area perfect for gatherings! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, which makes preparing group meals fun and easy. The living room is very spacious and offers lavish furnishings with plenty of seating for guests to unwind, watch the flat screen tv, and enjoy time together. A large south facing balcony is located just outside of the living area and is an excellent spot to sit and feel the tropical island breeze.

The guest bedroom also located upstairs offers a cozy queen-sized bed and flat screen tv for guests to enjoy. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor. The first downstairs bedroom offers a king bed, flat screen tv, and direct pool access! The other downstairs bedroom is perfect for kids or teenagers featuring twin size bunk beds and a flat screen tv.

Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
