WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Welcome to our vacation home at Saida Towers. The plush seats are great for lounging and watching a good movie on our flat-screen TV, equipped with cable. The living area is also perfect for conversations with friends or a fun family game night. The beachfront balcony is just outside the living room. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, and you can enjoy some snacks or a nice meal while enjoying a gorgeous view of the beach and the Saida Tower amenities. In our dining area, there is a table that seats six. Gather the family around the table for a nice meal or take-out from one of the many local eateries. Our fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Visit the local grocery, The Blue Marlin, and whip up your family's favorite meal. After a long day at the beach and visiting the great local attractions, come on back and shower off in one of our 2 bathrooms. Then you and the family can drift off to sleep in one of two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom features 1 queen. There is also a sofa sleeper located in the living area. Our vacation home is the perfect place to enjoy a nice vacation, close to the beach.

All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. POLICIES & INFO
-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests aged 9 and under are exempt.
Guests aged 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
