Best condo on the island!

This is definitely where my family and I will be staying everytime we visit the island going forward. We've rented other places before and the pictures in those listings are always misleading, but that is not the case with this property; exactly what you see in the pictures is exactly what you see when you are there. Having a stocked laundry room, bathrooms, and kitchen is such a convenient bonus. The entire place is super clean, it felt great being there, and the A/C is ice cold.

Amazing condo a block from the beach!

My parents, daughter & I loved our stay — the condo was decked out with full amenities. We utilized the hot tub and cruiser bikes, and appreciated having a washer & dryer available as well. Communications with our host were prompt and helpful. I’d rebook another stay in a heartbeat!

Great place in a great location

This place had everything we needed for our stay with 2 kids. We loved the location being so close to the beach. The private pool was a big plus for our kids. The condo was very cozy and we had no complaints at all. Will definitely book again!

Impromptu vacay

The hubs suggested a last minute trip to the coast. Everything was booked but we were fortunate enough to find this little gem. It was a new listing and there weren’t any reviews to go off, but judging by the pics and being familiar with the general location we felt confident in booking. I’m so glad we did as everything was exactly as pictured/described in the listing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

This place is wonderful! Not only was it clean, it also smelled clean when we walked in.

I highly recommend renting this property. It’s a very short walk to the beach (approx. 4 minutes) we hardly used our vehicle. There are also 2 lovely bikes inside which my husband and I really enjoyed riding and exploring the area. The property was big enough to accommodate my family of 6 very comfortably. The property manager, Mr. Alvarado was extremely helpful and was available 24/7 I’m looking forward to our next trip to SPI and to renting this little gem again.
