Great staff, clean not so much

Every staff member I met was kind and helpful. Everything looked great even up to getting into the room. Then found a coffee cup and lid on the floor by the bed. Worse part was finding hair in the shower. Breakfast was plentiful and looked good but after the hair thing was afraid to eat.

Pros: I could get 3 beds in one room!
Cons: Layout of the fold out sofa was awkward to get around at night .
Location: It was near family.
The room with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa was perfect for my family of 4 with 2 teens who don't sleep in the same bed! Breakfast could use more fresh fruit choices.

No worries

I drive 12 hours one way to visit my Children ages 11 and 9. The last two times I have stayed at this same place. It has been great ! My kids get to swim in the pool which always has a stack of clean towels. I have slept great every night I have stayed which is rare for me since I usually don't sleep well anywhere even at home. Every time I plan to go see my kids I will book this same hotel. Knowing I will be in a great clean room takes all the worry away and the hotel is always going to be a part of the memories I will have with my kids.
