The room was very nice and clean. The remote did not work and staff had to come in and reboot. There were dove soap and hair dispensers in the bath area but the body wash was empty. The kitchen was very nice but no creamer or regular sugar for your coffee. The biggest reason for the average review is due to them charging me $5.00 per night because “they are right across from the campus.” They asked me the reason for my stay and when I told them graduation, she hit me up for the extra $5 per night. It made me feel like I had been played. If they are so desperate for the extra money, make sure they put parking fee of $5.00 per night in their hotel details! Will stay at the Overton or the Hyatt from now on. Their little up charge just lost them more than a total of $10.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The parking fee has been in effect since October of 2021 and is listed on every booking site. We have no intentions for anyone to feel as if they have "been played". The parking fee is paid by all guests. We do apologize for any confusion or inconveniences this may have caused. We thank you for staying with us.

This hotel is awful and definitely should not be open for business. We reserved a King room weeks in advance. Checked in at 6pm and once we got to the room saw that our room had been downgraded to a Queen with no communication to us or adjustment on our bill. We asked to be moved to the room we reserved and they said they are booked and we cannot move. 2 tall adults sleeping in a queen bed is not comfortable nor worth $160 per night. Then we came back to our room after being gone for over 13 hours and our room wasn't cleaned. Ugh! I called the front desk and was informed that they don't provide housekeeping on weekends. Really, this was not communicated to us either. So we got a smaller room and no housekeeping for the same price as a larger room with housekeeping. I asked the front desk about it and they said their is nothing they can do.
