I had a wonderful stay at Bestwestern of Lake George. The cleanliness was exceptional—both the room and common areas were spotless and well-maintained throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were taken care of promptly. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There was a great variety of options and everything was well presented and regularly replenished. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent cleanliness, outstanding customer service, and satisfying breakfast experience. I would gladly stay here again.

The phones does not work , shampoo bottle was empty. The floor is not vacuumed properly. The bed sheets still have stains. Afraid to use coffee maker. Breakfast was good though. As per google the hotel is closed, had to spend 30 min on call to confirm before travel, which scared the hell out of me. This is enough laundry list of issues for one night.

1) The Carpet was not vacuumed. 2) The intercom not working. 3) No Shampoo in the bottle. 4) Bed sheet had stains ( not that bad ) 5) Breakfast was good. 6) The location was good. 7) Kid enjoyed the pool. 8) No USB ports to charge phone. ( Recently i have noticed many of the restaurants have USB ports , but not this one ) Note:- i am not saying is should be perfect like 5 star. Have to maintain basic neatness as required to maintain 3 stars

The staff were excellent. They upgraded our room. However, the outlets didn’t work, there were cob webs everywhere and the place had an old smell to it. It definitely needs upgraded. Not to mention the outdoor pool was very cloudy.

The location was great. The bed was clean and we were given extra towels upon requesting them. Mattress was loud and seemed old. The air conditioning unit was filthy. Brought it to the attention of the front desk. It was written down but not addressed. We were given new towels the second day but the room was not cleaned and bed was not made. Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were cold and the sausages were overcooked.
