The hotel was nice. The maid service was excellent and super friendly. However, when we complained about our shower, not working, nothing was done. three adults one child for three days. Shower worked once room 129. When we informed the front desk we were told OK will let Management know. We booked this hotel at Lake George the same afternoon as our stay. A staff member called to ask our arrival time; I said 9:30. She said the office closed at 9 but she would prepare our room and give us access instructions. This hotel is on the main strip along with many other motels and restaurants. The property includes small cabins, a two-story building, a single story building and the office. The outdoor pool is closed for the season, yet we were asked to sign a release about water safety. Our room had a microwave on a long counter, but we didn't see a fridge so I went outside in search of an ice machine. Later that night, I opened the doors on a wardrobe that holds the tv. What a surprise to find a fridge and freezer! It would be helpful for housekeeping to leave this wardrobe door open, so people would know the room has a fridge. One disappointment is that a wifi password was not given, so I was unable to us my laptop until the next morning when the office was open.

Great Staybat the Heritage

Everything was great. Cleanliness is the main thing I look for and it definitely met my expectations. They have a great view of the lake, a pool, outdoor shuffleboard, beanbag toss, a fire pit and they even hand delivered a little kit to make s’mores by their nightly fire.
