There is a homeless community set up behind the hotel. You can see them in the woods, rocking back and forth and just walking around. They have tents set up. When we asked if our vehicle would be safe, the front desk said yes, they don't usually bother any vehicles. ???.... This must be a normal thing.

Pictures do not give accurate representation of property. Location is nice. No staff. Took an hour to check in. Dirty room. Asked for staff assistance and received bare minimum IF you could find someone. No handicap accessible elevator. Door keys barely worked. Moldy shower curtain. Dirty cacked shower vent. No trash bags. Broken ice machine. Reached out to Expedia who I booked through and let them know they should not do service with this facility.

Location was great - right off the highway. We only stayed one night and arrived late so basically just slept there. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but the coffee was nice and hot.

It was just for a quick 1 night stay, close to the lake and it was inexpensive especially considering it is prime summer time. Was convenient for what I was doing, 1 night stay and leave. I will say I noticed that the walls are a little thin, not that I had a problem, just noticed it when I got up in the morning, I could hear the room next to me pretty clearly.

They didn't have an elevator and the breakfast was upstairs. We stayed fir a week and housekeeping never visited us. Most of the employees did not speak English, making it difficult to request service.

This was a nice family hotel. The rooms are nice an big and confortable. The kids loved the swimming pool and fitness center. Continental breakfast was a little on the cheap side and the breakfast area is a little too small when the hotel is full, but it was ok in general. The hotel is a little far from the city center, so you have to drive to the center. There are still some activities en restaurants around the hotel, but is a little far from main street.

This property is just sad! Room looked like it hasn't been properly cleaned in years and smelled like a dingy, musty basement. Terrible decor, grey and green walls, no bathroom amenities, old worn out towels, dry toast and burnt tasting coffee for breakfast at over 200/night. Looked like there was no staff at the hotel. Pool area is fenced off at the back of a parking lot. Not private or relaxing at all as people who get in and out of cars walk by and stare. Awful!

The worst thing was breakfast that lacked any healthy options. Just lots of carbs and norhing else. It's ok for a one night stay, but it is outdated, the bathtub looked dirty and the ceiling in the room was cracked and moldy.

This hotel should not be operating. We left our trip early. The beds are the cheapest, most uncomfortable mattresses a person could purchase. The blabket had a stain on it or it was dirty. Front desk assured us it was clear. All we smelt was old beer on the carpet when we first entered the room. I believe the AC unit was dirty or moldy. Every morning we woke up with more severe allergy symptoms. The breakfast was a joke. All that was offered was cereal, mini bagels, and waffles. The ceiling tiles above the shower were filled with mold and damaged. Extremely disappointed this hotel was offered on hotels.com. There are much cleaner hotels with better beds than this hotel for similar price. Stay away and don't book here

Check in was slow seems to be low staff. Room was good for what we needed. We had a ant problem dont leave any food out or in room trash. Had to clean the filter on a/c was over due and unit smelled. They have the basic waffle breakfast but we went out as it is close to the lake and lots of things to do. Well worth what we payed.
