This was a great stop on our journey. Simple, updated & clean room. The only thing I could recommend... is maybe not checking in two adjoining rooms with 8 kids into rooms on the 3rd floor at midnight!!

Clean & Comfortable, but ?????

No one at desk when we arrived. The room smelled very musty upon entry, and light switch was not easily accessible. Shades did not work properly - 18 inch gap at bottom because metal connector on chain prevented complete closer. The lady at the desk said that happens often. ???!!! Toilet overflowed. Plunger was delivered upon request, but we had to deal with it. Coffee maker carafe needed washing. Shower was good, bed was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen facilities. Employees were courteous and friendly.

The room was clean however, the bathtub drain didn't ever drain. I told the front desk and they just said someone would have a look tomorrow morning. Also, if you are a light sleeper like me, the freeway is way too loud. I would not recommend staying here.

Unhappy camper!

We did not get the room we had chosen as shown on the hotels.com site. Needed a handicap accessible bathroom, got a standard. Apparently, if you put one grab bar on the wall, it qualifies as a handicap accessible room. NOT HAPPY with hotels.com.
