Nice historical property. The lobby was really pretty, especially the ceilings. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of dining options nearby. Beds are comfortable.

Convenience, comfort, and care at the Westin

The Westin was a convenient, 1 minute walk from the convention center. Since there were thousands of attendees, this made the experience more enjoyable. Although my room was a bit small, the venue had everything I needed. Also, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were welcoming and kind. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel

The hotel is nice and near the San Jose Convention Center, so quite convenient. However, the street noise is awful! I was awakened every night by the trash trucks and other loud noised outside. (Maybe the windows could be replaced?) Not much in amenities, but a nice restaurant and bar area.

no parking available/provided by hotel, would have booked with other properties. $51 a day via Valet only is reasonable for some, but not for most. other than that, stay is great, no lock on bathroom door is kind of unpleasant, especially in a double queen bed room that is usually shared with 3 others.
