"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The only bad part of our stay were the people we shared our floor who were incredibly loud. Our family had to be up early so that was frustrating. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be in the city. It was our first time in Brooklyn and if we had to come back we would stay here again. We would request a room toward the back of the hotel rather than the street room we had as it was quieter in those rooms. "

"Lots of walkable night life. Staff is very kind and accommodating. Free parking on a first come first serve basis. Be aware there aren’t many amenities as advertised. If your room is facing the U-Haul facility it will be very noisy in the morning hours "

"Staff is pretty unfriendly. Make sure you show up at check-in time and not even a minute before or they will try and charge you their early check-in fee. Unfortunately I saw a few parties being hassled about it. Other than that, no complaints. Hotel is clean enough and close to subways so it does the job."
