We had 13 adults. The property was very clean. We had 4 trash bins on the outside and parked 3 vehicles. The property was well stocked with coffee, crockpot, air fryer and all kitchen supplies. The lazy river was not crowded and was relaxing on our down day. There are lots of places to relax and sit at the pool. They also had a put putt area and pickle ball area. I’m very picky about clean beds and bedding. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt new. One suggestion would be to purchase a small step stool if you have littles or elderly. The beds do sit very high. The outside furniture is also very comfortable with lots of room to gather and hang out. Our older teens loved the movie theater room and watched basketball games and movies together there. They also enjoyed the hot tub at night. Our location was perfect. We went horseback riding, did the mountain coasters, golfed, shopped the outlets, all without leaving the area. We also did a lot in Pigeon Forge, it was only about 10 minutes away. We had a great experience
