Out of ALL the hotel/motels I’ve stayed in, in my 56 years this is by far the prettiest, the cleanest, friendliest staff, I could just go on and on! Being able to sit in the tub and enjoy the fire being lit was nothing more than magical! This was our first trip to Sevierville but we have decided that we WILL be back!

Customer service is excellent. Check-in was quick. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The fresh smell comes from the moment you open the door. No noise, so it was super quiet for relaxing. The breakfast was very good. This was our first time at this hotel, and we'll definitely be back for many more. 100 percent recommended.

The room was very clean, breakfast was excellent with many options. The location felt safe and was nice. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And they have hot coffee and cider available for you 24 hours!!!

1st of all they have put sheets on dirty mattresses! There is lots of stains on mattresses in brown color. I don’t what is it from, and they are too old. Didn’t get good sleep!

The room was spacious,clean,nice balcony and view of the river. The breakfast buffet was the best I have had included with a room,saved us a lot of money. Keke at the front desk was very sweet and always helpful. Everyone was nice and helpful. I will stay there for sure if I visit the area again. The location was great,away from most of the touristy stuff but close enough to drive back and forth. I was to chilly to use the outdoor pool but it looked very nice. Indoor pool was small but I did use the hot tub every evening..

We spent four days in a king suite with a balcony and it was very nice. Super quiet and off the beaten path but still conveniently right next to all the attractions. We felt safe the entire time and would stay here again.
