Property was very clean. Easy access to Subway and/or taxi and Uber options. Very walkable and staff was quite friendly. The gym is rather small but was sufficient. We also used the onsite coin laundry facilities which were a welcome addition to our week long stay.

Great stay

Check-in was easy and all the staff (front desk and cleaning) were very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very clean. Great location near Starfield Coex Mall with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Great location near coex mall and samseong station. Beds were comfy and shower was good. We were able to get a late checkout (3pm) for an extra 11,000 won per hour. Only complaints are that the fridge is pretty small, the sliding door on the bathroom closed very suddenly/loudly, and the construction on the road out front was a bit annoying. Crossing the road underground through the train station was easier and faster.

Convenient location for attending a conference at Coex center (walking distance). There was a lot of construction nearby but good dining options within walking distance. I appreciated the convenient laundry room that used credit cards for payment and detergent. Restaurant gets booked fast, and you need reservations. The gym/fitness room is TINY and didn't provide disinfecting wipes for the equipment but open 24 hours (awkward to exercise with others in tiny space, but I used it during unpopular hours to avoid the crowd). Very clean room but the carpet seemed fairly old. Rooms are mostly soundproof so I got a good nights sleep every day. They provide lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner, bottled water, teas and coffee but no milk or cream, and no iron. I had to walk to the convenience stores to get milk for my coffee. Internet is unsecured so avoid opening banking or financial websites there.
