This hotel deserves a 5 stars. The front desk staff are very helpful and thoughtful. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Nice to CU a small convenience store is couple doors from the hotel. We already have reservation to stay here again. Would recommend for family and friends.

Good location

Room was spacious and clean. But the walls and doors are not sound proof. Can hear staff doing house cleaning during the morning/afternoon. Location is great and easy to access everywhere. Many eateries around for your selection. Suggest hotel to inform upon check in that toothbrush is not provided in room. We should pay a nominal fee to charity for the toothbrush at lobby. It’s a good act but better to tell us upon check in. We dont have to make another trip down to get the toothbrush.

Lovely staff who provided exceptional service at the counter and also with room maintenance. They helped us organise an uber taxi to Gimpo airport when it was pouring and we didn’t have any luck with our own uber app. Hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance (max 30min) to Gyeongbokgung, NTV Tower Seoul, Seoul City Hall and many other spots. Amenities were great and our room was very spacious.

The best of this hotel is the location. Convenient to everywhere, no matter the dinning area or tourist sites. There are a lot of bus of train just 1 block away. Very friendly staffs. Very good delicious breakfast. We will stay here when we go back next time.

The property was clean and well kept. This hotel is just outside the crowded tourist area of Myeongdong, yet not that far. Approx 20 minute walk. Was good to come back to a quiet night after a busy day touring the city

Lovely rooms and spacious. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Everything was very clean and complimentary water was always stocked in the fridge. No microwave but it wasn’t a big deal to us since there’s so many places around you that you won’t need it. Theres a pool, gym, and washer/dryer in the hotel. The gym was very small with just a few weights and 2 treadmills so keep that in mind. The metro station and bus stations are down the street making transportation so freaking convenient. In my opinion is located in a perfect spot of being close to everything but so close to where it’s constantly noisy. Overall had a fantastic time in Seoul and ENA was definitely worth the stay. ✅
