The Garden Oasis on the National Forest

Welcome to my home! Just renovated, super clean, in a quiet neighborhood 240' from the Sugarloaf trailhead, we invite you for serenity and renewal. Created by an artist (moi) and full of original art, this is a home of beauty. Enjoy the views while relaxing on the sofa, listening to the sound of running water, or book a massage with your neighbor Jacob. We offer easy trail access, fast internet, a complete kitchen, tea / coffee, a laundry area, guide books, free parking.. and peace and beauty.

This is a house of healing, full of light. There are lovely outdoor sitting areas, a place to lock your bike, and lots of flowers and greenery. Roll out the door and head 240' up the street to access the National Forest and miles and miles of hiking trails.

A highly respected Sedona massage therapist, Jacob Massey, lives in the studio on the side of the house and can be booked for private sessions. Please be aware that there is some noise overlap between the 2 spaces.

There's free parking in the carport. As to getting around the neighborhood it's best to walk as it's all of 3 blocks.

We purposely do not have a TV. It's about you time, not distractions.

Great Location

This is a nice one-bedroom with a futon on the floor for a third guest. The Sugarloaf hike is at the end of the street! It would be good to know that there is a full time renter in the right side of the property.

Sedona Getaway

Fabulous first visit to Sedona. Peggy was extremely communicative, responsive and helpful. Apartment was immaculately clean. Location was perfect, away from touristy hustle and bustle, walking distance to wonderful trailhead. Breathtaking views and sunsets from the grounds. Neighbors and locals all lovely and generous with their time. We recommend Chocolatree and Tortas de Fuego restaurants and Vortex Cafe for smoothies. My 9 year daughter wanted to stay till June. Look forward to visiting again and staying here!

Ideal location

Our 1 week stay in the Garden Oasis in mid-February was the ideal location for our exploration of the Sedona region. The bright and spacious common areas provided a quiet retreat and the kitchen was satisfactorily equipped for our cooking needs. Access to the Sugarloaf Trailhead was so convenient! The temperatures were somewhat cool, so we did not have the pleasure of lounging on the patio areas. Even though there is ample room on the bedroom floor, one amenity we would recommend is a luggage rack or 2. Thank you for your hospitality Peggy and your prompt reply to all our pre-arrival inquiries!

Very clean property, and well supplied kitchen. We were able to prepare a nice dinner for us and our son's girlfriend and parents. Comfortable accommodations and very nice to have an RO filter for drinking water. Nearby were walking trails that were also well utilized. Conveniently located for our needs. Recommended!

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful home in a great location in Sedona. It's at the base of a short trail that's a pretty easy hike for all levels of hikers. It's a short distance away from the tourist hub of Sedona but near stores and restaurants. This home is quiet, inside and out. And, the night sky is incredible.

Lovely place in a great location

Very relaxing place to stay over the holidays. It is very close to hiking trails and centrally located to other Sedona attractions. The view from the neighborhood is lovely! There is a tenant living on the side of the house, but they have a separate entrance.
