Rooms could be cleaner and blankets and sheets need to be cleaned better. Also the dead bugs need to be cleaned out of the lamp shades above the beds..I was in room 126 March 28th to March 30th

The continental breakfast is terrible. Not many options to choose from for what you pay to stay there. Need to add breakfast meats,eggs and more fruits

This was a great stay, especially for the price. Check-in was great. Staff friendly. Room very clean. One complaint was we didn't have a TV remote in the room. We called the front desk and they said they would try to find one for us. When we got it, we discovered the only thing the remote would do was turn the TV on and off. Being a late hour, we didn't pursue it, but left it at the front desk in the morning and told them it hadn't worked.

Attendant at checkin was talking to guy friend in room behind desk and didn’t hop up to help us. We were not impressed. Room and bed needs revamp. First Microtel we have had this experience at.

Clean in was fine, light in bathroom didn’t work, staff had no one to fix it, mattress uncomfortable and pillows were rediculusly small
