Gorgeous property - exceptionally clean inside and out. Amazing staff and service. Probably the best location along the Riverwalk. It's an older building, so you can hear some noise from other guests, but not bad overall. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in San Antonio.

Omni La Mansion was perfect for our quick getaway. The hotel back door access the riverwalk and all its shops and restaurants. The River City Mall was within walking distance, perfect to shop or watch a movie. The best part was the parking across the street in City Parking Garage $10 per day instead of valet $60 per night.

The only thing I would recommend is to put a railing cover over the pool ladder. It is very hot and can burn hands. Everything else was awesome, pool staff and bar staff were amazing.

The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfy bed. Hotel is located is a central place of the Riverwalk with many restaurants and bars that you can walk to. Pool was great for an afternoon cool off and Carlos provided great service with drinks. The historic Spanish style of the hotel really embraced the Texas feel. This is the best hotel on the Riverwalk.

I live in San Antonio and wanted to enjoy a staycation. This hotel was the best place i’ve ever stayed at. I highly recommend it for the customer service and the value. I had a room with a balcony on the river walk. It was wonderfulto sit and people watch while listening to music from the restaurants. The pool was refreshing and had a bar. I want to come back again!

Our time here was superb to say the least. It was our 26th anniversary and just wanted to get away. Starting from valet greeting to front-desk greeting to the room was nice. The Omni surprised us with a celebration tray which was unexpected and nice in our room. The location was convenient, they are in the middle of the riverwalk making it easy to get around. The room was simple and clean. The bed and pillows were too sofa to my personal liking. Next time we will try the spa treatments they offer. We have already told many of our friends this is a place to stay. Thank you Omni La Mansion del Rio

Great location but needs some updating

Overall our stay was great due to the location of the property, the time spent at the spa at their sister property right across the river, their hospitality, the delicious food served at their restaurant, and the staff's real desire to make your stay wonderful. That being said, the hotel rooms need a solid deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was not vacuumed and there were long black hairs throughout. The bathroom floor was not cleaned either, as there were also black hairs around the floor (none of us have black hair). The couch had debris all over it so was not cleaned before us. In addition, there was a cup of used cigars on our balcony that was not ours. That was a huge disappointment as none of us felt the property was "clean". Their sister property across the street was very clean.
