Amazing Place

Can’t recommend this place highly enough! The highlight was the free electric bikes in the room. We enjoyed cycling around Otaru and down the canal with ease. The staff was super friendly and the bakery is delicious. The salt bread and garlic croutons are to die for.

立地は問題なく、直ぐ近くにコンビニや屋台横丁などもあり、とても便利でした。 しかし、ホテルの部屋の壁が薄く、隣室の声やいびきなどが聞こえてきて、しっかり眠ることができませんでした。

自動チェックイン機が1台しかない為、若干待ったし、自分自身も手間取りました。予約時に必要な情報を求めるようにすれば、もう少し時間短縮できるのではないかと思います。 他の方の口コミにもあったよう、隣の部屋の音が非常に気になります。ドアの開け閉めの音がうるさく、なかなか寝付けませんでした。 1階のサービスのコーヒーが美味しかったです。 チェックアウト後は、近くの本館で荷物を預かって頂くことができ、大変助かりました。

はじめての機械での手続きにちょっと戸惑いましたが、施設はきれいでした。電話対応したグリーンホテルの方の対応も親切でした。 ただ、駐車場がないのが少々面倒でした。

喫煙される方に限る話ですが外にしか喫煙スペースはありません。場所を聞こうにもスタッフがフロントにいないので内線で聞くしかありませんでした。私が泊まった部屋に限っては暖房の効きも悪かったです。正直二度と泊まりたいとは思いません。

今回宿泊しました。 気になった点 ・お風呂の給湯温度が低い どんなに目盛りを上げても４０度程度しか 上がらず冷めてしまいました。 外仕事で冷えた体を温めるにはもう少しあげられたらいいかと思います。 ・ドアからの隙間風で部屋が冷めやすい 　エアコンの暖房を付けていても 　冷気が侵入してきて部屋が 　冷めやすかったです。 　エアコンにもタイマーがあるせいか 　夜中に寒くて目が覚めました。 寒がりさんには向かないかも・・・。 部屋の設備はキレイで 心地よかったために残念でした。 ホテル近辺は飲食店やコンビニが充実していて長期滞在もしやすい印象でした。

リーズナブルで立地も良くまた使いたい

部屋の広さや清潔感があって良かったですが駐車場がない事とお風呂の親の温度が低かったことが少し残念でした。 でも観光するにも立地条件がとても良くリーズナブルなため、また利用させていただきたいです。

完全無人サービス&ベッドはプライベート！

無人チェックインで帰るまでどなたにも会わずにチェックアウトw 。 ファミリールームを利用しましたが、室内は面白いレイアウトで家族でもベッドはプライベート感があり、就寝時はとてもくつろげました。 コンビニやレストランも徒歩圏内にあり、有料ですが、屋根付きの駐車場も近く降雪時には便利でした。
