Very clean and very cute with very clear instructions. The payment process and lack of communication were intolerable. I started calling and leaving text for VRBO and the owner of the property approximately an hour before my check in time and did not get access to the house until half an hour after my check-in time. Other than that

Contemporary spot convenient to many places

This is a cute house and property. If IKEA is your vibe you will love it. The furnishings were all great. We enjoyed a lot of thoughtful touches - a welcome bottle of Gruet bubby (our favorite), candles for the table, coffee pods to get us started. Take advantage of the Saturday Farmer's Market a short walk away. You'll find all you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Things to know: the smell of cleaning disinfectant was quite strong upon arrival; it's not on a residential block if you're looking for a cozy adobe neighborhood; and we did not notice that there is no washer and dryer on the listing. It was an easy walk to the Plaza. Walking around the Railyard is quite pleasant. You could even walk to Whole Foods (10-15 minutes) if you don't have a car. We were two couples and one adult daughter and it worked out well for us.

Lovely accommodations in the Railyard District

Casa Estacion was pretty, comfortable, and clean and accommodated our group of five adults very well. It's located right next to the Railyard District (make sure to check out Sky Coffee for expert baristas and La Choza restaurant for delicious NM cuisine) and within a short (10 minutes) walk of the Plaza, so gives you easy access to everything you want in a visit to Santa Fe. When we had an issue accessing the parking lot, Charlotte was immediately responsive with a solution. I would definitely book the house again!

Great design, excellent location

This is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in and I would highly recommend it. We loved the art, the design elements, and feel of the house. The house was filled with thoughtful touches from the host including a bottle of local champagne, snacks, and sleep masks. The location is excellent- it is walking distance from the plaza and rail yard arts district and lots of restaurants and bars. The host was also a great communicator. We will absolutely be back.

Our stay at Casa Estacion

Three ladies “of a certain age” stayed here for 3 days in September of 2024 and we all loved the experience. Plenty of space, lovely deluge showers, great and well stocked kitchen. Bedroom doors are well insulated against noise. Recommend the Plaza Cafe and Cowgirls for eats. Just fyi, if you need to contact Charlotte, text as well as call to cover the communication bases.

Awesome location, we can walk everywhere for food and train ride and shopping . House is clean and comfortable stay. Only one down side is no wash and dryer with two young boys in the family and the bed is a little lumpy on the side ! Other than that I would say it was a perfect stay ! Will come back to stay there again !

Perfect location, spacious

The home is quite comfortable. Less than a half block from the train station and within walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, and the plaza, it is also in a great location. One of us is 85 with mobility issues. There are a few stairs leading up to the entrance that she was able to handle. The floors are southwest tile throughout, so slightly uneven; not an issue for her. Very navigable. Beds and shower comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Girl's Trip

Casa Estacion is the perfect Girl's Trip get-a-away. The home was perfect for us to fix meals together, play games, and just visit, and also close to many places to visit within walking distance. We went to the Farmer's Market, the Art Market, the River Walk Park, and attended. the Zozobra event and Meow Wolf. The area felt safe and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the many sites nearby.

Great stay in Santa Fe!

Santa Fe has always been one of our favorite destinations, and this VRBO just makes it better! The property is perfect for a family. The house is super clean and well stocked. The location is hard to beat with a lot of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The famous Plaza is just a few blocks away and is a very easy walk. Parking was convenient and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We will definitely be back!

College friends getting together in Santa Fe

Three of us gathered at this house, centrally located to the Railyard district and the plaza. We loved staying here. Sandy, an artist, said "this is so well decorated - just right without being cluttered." White interior walls, spacious furnishings - couch, chairs, dining table/chairs, wall decor - it all flowed together without anything standing out - everthing worked tastefully together. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a large refrigerator and stove. We primarily ate out, but kept nuts/breakfast food/fruit/chips/salsa/cheese in the refrigerator. Nice selection of plates, glasses (including wine glasses, wink), & coffee mugs. Each one of us had her own bedroom, which was nice. We each had to check in at home for work or with family, so having some space to do this privately helped. Beds were very comfie. 2 baths also gave us some space to do our thing without having to wait in line. Things we did: Folk Art Museum/Botanical Gardens Georgia O'Keeffe Museum Oja Caliente Spa Bandelier National Monument - hiking through ancient adobe village (remnants of) - petrogliphs - about 1 hr from Santa Fe Walking Canyon Road Art Galleries Where we ate: Unique - Kakawa Chocolate House - drink chocolate (unique) or eat hand made chocolates. Ice cream. Famous - Cafe Pasqual's - we were able to get on the list for a late lunch in May. Good food. Fun/colorful atmosphere. Three-dimensional representation of a snow goose (!) and other paper mache objects. The Shed - to die for margaritas in different flavors - try the ginger - or prickly pear - dinner was great outdoors. Tomasitas - outdoor dining if we wanted - good food. REI was helpful across from the train station - footwear and jackets were especially helpful. We used Uber and walked in Santa Fe. The day we went to Bandelier we rented a car from Avis at 1946 Cerrillos Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87505. Santa Fe is a great tourist town which felt very homey and not as busy in early May. Charlotte's property was perfect for the three of us!

The best place ever in Santa Fé

I love Santa Fe, it was my second year in the city and this time I found this amazing house. There is a lot of space in the house, super clean and she left us some treats. We liked the location very much, we parked the car in the designated place and walked the entire time through the historic area. Charlotte is amazing, she answered all my questions very quickly. We will return to Santa Fe and this will be the place we intend to stay again.
