You are just 5 minutes from the beach and UCSB, and minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. Situated on a tree-lined cul de sac with no through traffic. Large windows bring plenty of sunshine and a steady ocean breeze for natural air conditioning! This is a 3-bed 2-full bath home plus an office. You are excellently located with a 1-minute walk to the grocery store, shopping center, or bus. A 13 min. ride on the nearby bike path through a beautiful nature preserve takes you to Goleta beach and UCSB. The bike path can also take you on a longer ride to downtown Santa Barbara.

Lead-free tile and real wood floors throughout this shoes-off home make for a clean, relaxed and peaceful environment. Denim insulation, chemical-free household cleaners, toxic-free paint and an Air Fantastic air cleaner makes this home noticeably green/clean. After a day of work or exploring the beach, mountains, or Santa Ynez valley nearby, come home to the peaceful backyard and the relaxing sounds of a water fountain.
