## Space

Immaculately renovated downstairs studio with its own exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning communal rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.

This 275 sqft queen-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a 55", flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable TV) and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with an ADA shower and kitchenette with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. We ask not to leave pets unattended in the suite. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking. Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located next to the ice machine in the covered garage.

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.

We do not provide daily cleaning, however we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than 5 days, upon appointment. Please reach out to our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):

Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot and additional parking spots in the covered garage on the right side of the building. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

cozy and clean stay in elegant contemporary studio

I stayed here for a few nights on a recent weekend in Santa Barbara. The property is clean, updated, and has a good feeling to it. I appreciated the covered parking, which made entry and exit quite seamless. The unit itself was small, but well appointed. Comfortable bed, quiet space, and high quality finishes. It was raining during most of my trip, however, when the sun came out on the last day - I spent some time on the roof. This is a beautiful part of the property, and I hope to enjoy it again on future trips. All in all a great option when visiting Santa Barbara.

Great location and very modern

This property is in a great location. Only 2 blocks from lower State Street where all the action is and less than a 15 minute walk to the furthest places you might want to visit such as the Santa Barbara Courthouse or the beach / Stearn's Wharf The rooftop deck and covered parking (limited but there were like 6 spaces) were bonuses and there's plenty of additional parking in the lot or the street. This is a newly renovated property as of 2024 and it shows. There are very modern features and everything is new. Questions and help are just a text away and the remote concierges are very responsive and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Chic and Modern Mobile Property

Perfect location, walking distance to State Street and Stearn’s Wharf while also having access to city bicycles yards from the property. Our room was quaint, clean, quiet with modern amenities such as the Nespresso machine, mini fridge and microwave. However, these conveniences were overshadowed by a poor check in and challenges contacting the mobile staff. The automated system will let you know that they do not offer early check-ins or late check outs. Yet on the day of check in we received a message inviting us early. We rearranged our plans to arrive early and then could not get in the room. After texting and calling the provided contact numbers, we received no response- that is until the following day. There is no reception desk or common guest bathroom, nor a designated space for bags, so we were left to just sit and wait. Fortunately we found a service staff member who kindly let us in, but had it not been for her, we would have been left sitting until 4pm when our lock finally engaged. Again, we would not have arrived early had we not received a text inviting us in. I would gladly stay again provided I had my own vehicle to store my luggage, find a public restroom, and get on with things. I would not recommend this property if you require early or late accommodations or if you are arriving by public transport.
