Sanibel Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in Sanibel in March. The rental unit we stayed at was in an excellent area - close to absolutely everything, but also a quiet area. It was so relaxing to set on the dock and watch the fish on Tarpon Bay. We got to see a Manatee right at the dock. We loved it so much we are planning to go back to the same area next year.

Condo stay in downtown Sanibel

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we rented this condo for the month of Feb. The location is very convenient to restaurants and stores and has a lovely lake view from the back porches. The condo is getting a little run down: the toilet in the Master BR won't flush without additional water, the tub drain won't close; the stove has burner and broiler problems and the second bedroom's window and screen are ready to fall out. Also a drag you are not allowed to use on grill on the property. They are raising the rent 8% so it is time for us to look elsewhere for value.
