"The room was dirty. The property was run down. The linens were dirty. There was a hole in the bathroom door. The bathroom was disgusting. The sink is all falling apart, and the light switches were broken. I would not recommend staying here. The staff was terrible and rude. This hotel was misrepresented and was not nice or even worth the cost. I would never stay here as once we checked in we ended up leaving"

"I spent a month here for work—the apartment was very livable, especially for me as just one person. The location is amazing, Solano Avenue has everything you could want within walking distance, and overall the neighborhood has a really charming/quaint/safe vibe. I thought the apartment could have been cleaner when I checked in (spider webs, lots of accumulated random stuff in the drawers like old smoke detectors and batteries and stuff), but overall the place was super thoughtfully and well-outfitted. Full kitchen gear (knives that actually cut!), fans, spare toiletries, plenty of towels, etc. Would recommend for someone who’s ok with a bohemian option. "

We were so impressed with accommodations the thoughtfulness that went into the planning of the space. The cleanliness was remarkable. The amenities were well thought out we would recommend this listing highly and if we ever come back, we will hopefully be able to book it."
