Most importantly, the staff was genuinely and honestly super kind and helpful. Jael at the front reception was so helpful with ordering us taxis and giving us information. The bartenders, Sydney and Derek, were top-notch, and we absolutely loved the happy hour special and the delicious mint mojitos. Also, a huge shout-out to Johnny for always giving us fresh towels and making us laugh every time we passed by. I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you Shana for a memorable trip that I will never forget"
