Palazzo Veneziano
"We stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had one issue when we discovered that the sofa bed sheets were not clean. We reported it to the staff, and they replaced the sheets promptly. We also had to request a blanket, bedsheets, and pillows for the all beds. Compared with other hotels, I believe ..."

"This is a lovely hotel very close to the main square in Venice , San Marco on a cute inside street. The room was comfortable and large for a central European Hotel. Hampton By Hilton Venice Isola Nuova
"This is a lovely hotel, beautiful and very new. It smells very nice and there is a nice area to relax before you can get to your room. Toilets are beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is very good and the air con works very well which was appreciated in July! Hot water in bath works well (you don’t need to wait for it - it is warm straight away) and the room has an iron and (very well hidden) ironing board! There is also a huge tv in the room with YouTube! Also there is a kettle in the room and a fridge but you can’t fit more than 1 wine bottle in that fridge. Overall, the rooms are very ergonomic and nice. There is also a beautiful outside area with an old gondola and sofas and the restaurant is beautiful too. Cons: There was no soap (liquid soap dispenser was empty) and despite asking for it for 3 days while we were there we didn’t get any. There was some mould in the bath and a hair on the pillow and also a hair inside a cabinet drawer?! The hotel was aware that we were 3 people staying in the room but only gave us 2 towels - we had to ask for more. As you can see from the official photos there is no storage, no wardrobe and there are loads of hooks in the room, however not enough hooks in the bathroom. Funny enough, the shower door didn’t close properly - it had about 1-2 cm gap :) The drinking water and any other drinks / snacks are fully stacked in the hotel lobby but very very expensive (more than you would pay at the restaurant), however there is a water station"
