Modern Guest Studio Near SFO with Kitchen & Laundry

Modern guest studio above a detached garage, fully remodeled in June 2023 and set up for longer stays, work travel, or Bay Area relocation. The ~320 sq ft second-floor space includes a comfortable queen bed, a dedicated work desk, fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV, split A/C and heat, and double-pane windows for comfort.

We offer a full kitchen with gas stove, fridge, microwave, cookware, and basics. You will also have an in-unit washer and dryer and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Arrival is easy. Follow the driveway along the side of the house to your private rear entrance and use the lockbox for self check-in. The path is well lit at night with driveway LEDs and motion floodlights near the door. Street parking is simple and free on nearby streets.

The studio is in a convenient San Bruno neighborhood with cafés, restaurants, markets, and small bodegas close by as well as local parks and the San Bruno Recreation Center are also within walking distance.

We are located about a six-minutes drive to SFO. Getting around is simple: Caltrain and BART are accessible on foot, or hop on the nearby El Camino bus for a quick connection.

Soft garden wind chimes add a calming backdrop to the seasonal garden, which sits behind a privacy gate. With insulation and double-pane windows, the studio stays peaceful and comfortable. Our two small dogs enjoy the family yard, and privacy gates keep them separate from the guest path and entrance. The studio sits above our working art studio in the garage below, with typical daytime activity.
