Amazing staff. Room was ready early. Location is so great, literally overlooking mall in Japantown. Rooms lovely, warm and inviting. Not a single complaint.

The hotel is clean and nicely decorated. The parking is easy, although we noticed it did fill up and charging stations were sometimes occupied by non-EVs. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly. They offer a charming hot chocolate bar with morning coffee.
