It's in a good location to most of San Francisco's attractions and a great patio space with fire pits and game room, but parking was pretty packed. No coffee in the lobby. The rooms need a little TLC, but we did like the funky industrial decor and trendy vibes.

Funky little hotel centrally located close to the wharf. Room was great, staff were friendly and helpful. Lounge area was nice and outdoor space was great. Nearby good restaurants and area was good for food and tourist stuff

everything was great but the outside patio. they have firepits which people use at night sitting around it talking and ejoying it with drinks but you cant enjoy it when they freaking close the patio at 10pm which is when the night is getting good. I dont see the purpose of having them or any outside game when you cant enjoy them...The staff were not rude but had no character just dead inside hating their job.

Was a good experience, the only problem was the homeless people around the area, closest to the hotel it's bad but the hotel was good, maybe need a renovation on the rooms but the play area it's really nice, we sleep well.

Great central community area

The hotels location made it perfect for our stay in San Francisco. It was located right by Pier 39 and at starting point for Big Bus (on/off bus tours). There were plenty of restaurants in the immediate area so the hotel not having a restaurant in house didnt end up mattering. The staff was friendly and the central sitting area was extremely cool (who doesnt like firepits with "computer" equipment amongst other things being "burned"?) The personal smore kits was a nice touch. The only downside we had was that the in room AC was a touch noisy so I turned it off at night.

Decent stopover if you’re interested in Fisherman’s Wharf. Advertises recreational spaces with games, but many parts of those areas were in a state of disrepair. Parking is pricey.
