Shout out to Kat, who did a phenomenal job welcoming us into the hotel late at night and making sure we could find food, even when most everything was closed. The property itself was also very cute, and near some great shopping and food.

The room and hotel were very clean. The breakfast staff and the concierge agent outside provided wonderful customer service. The breakfast offered excellent varieties and tasted delicious. The location is great, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We plan to stay there again on our next visit to the city.

Room was clean but quite stark; it felt a little like a fixed up garage. Lobby is lovely, staff very good and responsive, bar is expensive and the snacks are inadequate. There's no restaurant here, though plenty of good options in the area.
