The desk staff was friendly. The accommodations were nice and adequate for the three of us to have separation space. What I didn't like or understand was why as a gold elite rewards member that has stayed only at Marriott hotels for many years whenever possible, would not allow me to get rewards points for this stay. It was because I was told that I booked it through Expedia. I always go to Marriott.com to book. I don't know why it was booked by Expedia. But I also don't know why it should make a difference. I intentionally stayed at the Marriott when I could have stayed other places for a cheaper price but I have come to know that Marriott will provide excellence. Feel I should have been allowed points for this stay.

Great Location For food/ airport layover

Pros: Hightower the shuttle driver was very friendly and professional. He should be serving in a 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills
Cons: price was a little steep considering the next night i stayed at the embassy suites for less, got a bigger room, plus an free evening happy hour
Location: great location if you want to just walk across the street and eat anywhere or go get something from safeway
Travelling to china a group of 4 stayed in the hotel. very spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Great location if you want to walk to a safeway to get some grocerys, or need a starbucks fix or do some shopping. Easy access to alot including a movie theater nearby.

keep up the excellent services - extremely happy.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, oustanding services from staff
Outstanding services from front desk, breakfast service & room services. The staff were always professional, extremely knowledgeable, caring, happy, and friendly. They were always smiling and caring for our immedate needs. During our next visit we intend to stay at this hotel again. My wife and son enjoyed the spa and I liked the free internet services. We were there to visit family and this is our first trip to San Francisco and we intend to go back in the future and there is no doubt in our mind that we are coming back to this hotel when we visit again, hopefully in the near future. We were in Room 122 and our stay was 1-8 May 2012.
