We always suggest bringing your email confirmation with you for a quick easy reference and if you booked through a 3rd party online website, it is always best to call the hotel ahead of time to confirm that your reservation came through to the hotel correctly. This would be a great opportunity to get your hotel/Marriott confirmation number (not your website booking itinerary number). At Fairfield Inn & Suites SFO, our property management systems have protections against the possibility of an overcharge; so, it is surprising to learn that you're overcharged for the room. We request you to contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve any issues right away. As for our airport shuttle service, kindly note that our shuttle service has been temporarily suspended to ensure the hotel's compliance with local health department rules that are currently in place due to COVID-19 and social distancing mandates. Since we cannot guarantee both the safety of shuttle passengers who are traveling from international locations and maintain the necessary six feet of separation between shuttle passengers, this service has been temporarily withdrawn. We do try our best to ensure that such notices are updated immediately on our brand website. In the areas that we have access to update, we have noted that this service is suspended and not available. We are very sorry that you missed this note under Airport Information. Our team is working with Marriott to update other areas that we cannot control. To make up for this, our rates have been deeply discounted compared to other hotels.
