Coming in to the trip everything was fine ... we were placed in a room with a toilet that was not working it clogged after every use ... it was Valentine’s Day so all the other rooms that were equivalent to mine were filled so I wasn’t able to get transferred to another room. They didn’t resolve the issues till 7 pm the next day, after finally switching me rooms. I payed a decent amount of money for my room and extra services such as valet . I really am not to happy with my stay here it was real rough and almost compromised my trip.

We went to the wrong location at first was not aware there were two Westin hotels on the same street. Parking is pricey but service was quick. Attendants were nice.
