Sleeping accommodations include a primary suite on the second floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and an enclosed shower, as well as a second bedroom with a queen bed. A queen sleeper sofa in the third-floor living room provides additional flexibility, allowing the home to accommodate four guests in beds or up to six when including the sleeper.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees may apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
-Our beachfront community is continually evolving, and neighboring properties may occasionally be undergoing improvements. Daytime construction noise may be present from time to time. Rates have been kept competitive to reflect any potential impact.
