It took over 30 minutes to pull in the check in. Buses were parked on both sides of the road and blocking guests from entering and leaving. Then when we went to check in we had been moved to the kimpton instead. The staff at the plaza was very nice but not at the kimpton. We were treated rudely

My wife & I chose this hotel for my birthday staycation. The staff was very welcoming. We were even upgraded to a better garden view room. The room was very comfortable & quiet. Modern finishes. There was no free breakfast, but we did order breakfast to the room which arrived very quickly. It was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Love the personnel except our breakfast at ur restaurant was extremely slow. Coffee came out after breakfast was served and my husband didn’t get the eggs he wanted. He asked for medium well and got scrambled. 😩😩overall we were pleased with valet, checkin, and hotel. Need a few fire pits in the winter. Thanks. Would stay here again.
