I stayed here at the end of July 2021 in room 260. The room was disgusting - shower had black mold and missing large chunks of the resurfacing. Backs of doors and door handles looked like they had never been cleaned. Bed had a valley in the middle. I saw bugs in the bathroom. Staff claimed there were no other rooms available. No breakfast being served and no ice machine available.

Property appears abandoned, my door did not lock well and appeared it. Had been broke into before. Homeless camp next door . Blocked door with sofa at night

We arrived to a bed bug infested room. The restroom door did not have a door knob. Our room was located at the back of the building by the dumpster; therefore the door to the room was piled with trash bags of smelly rubish. We ended up leaving and went to sleep in our vehicle outside of the airport.

It suck cause nite attendant said I had put that I wasuppose to check in today which I thought was already today. Cause since 130am this morning I was trying to check in.

Room was dirty...it looked like it was about to fall apart. The kitchen cabinets doors were falling off of their hanging brackets. The walls were dirty and some had plaster repairs but very visible. The bathtub was extremely dirty as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. The shower head had serious exposure of calcium buildup. Horrible room! The worse part is that I started to suffer from an asthma attack. There was a strong presence of mold in the room. I am highly allergic to mold and could not stop coughing. My wife and I were moved to a different room right after I complained...that room was not as dirty but it also looked as if the kitchen was falling apart. It reeked of cigarette smoke. My wife and I slept for about 4 1/2 hours in that room before we demanded a full refund of our reservation after waking up. We left the hotel and looked for another hotel to stay at. I think that Travelocity should not even advertise this hotel all.

Pros: air worked great
Cons: fix the lighting and wall plugs in the room, better breakfast choice. update pillows and comforters

clean room, air worked great. nice TV. that is all I have good to say. kitchen light over sink, wall plug and coffee maker didn't work. bathroom vanity light hardly came on. smoke detector beeped the whole time and was not fixed. nothing like the pictures on website or Travelocity. burn holes in comforter, three flat pillows for a king size bed. Pool was clean. free breakfast was waffles and toast or muffins and cereal. was not worth what I paid for the two nights I stayed. Power went out in the middle of night but was restored pretty quick

The most filthy place I've ever seen

The motel grounds were covered in trash. The room itself was not cleaned well. There were beard hairs all around the sink. The smoke detector was inside a drawer instead of on the ceiling. The door appeared to be crooked and I'm not sure if the lock worked properly. We were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub, but it did not work and the water was cold. I would never stay here again. This place is unsafe.
