We had a pleasant stay in Cogolin. The property is spacious and the backyard was lovely. While there was some miscommunication with the housekeeper, I appreciate that we were able to clarify the situation with Arthur.

Una casa muy amplia, acogedora y agradable

Es una casa muy cĆ³moda, con habitaciones muy amplias y todas con baƱo incluido. Estuvimos una semana en familia. La terraza es preciosa con un mobiliario rĆŗstico-viejo pero espectacular. AdemĆ”s geograficamente estĆ” muy bien ubicada. Cerca de Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud, playas de Ramatuelle, ... La comunicaciĆ³n con el propietario muy fluida.

Sehr schƶnes Haus mitten in Cogolin

Das Haus liegt im Zentrum von Cogolin. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer sowie die WohnkĆ¼che mit Wintergarten. Der Garten ist durch BƤume sehr schƶn schattig, was im Sommer sehr angenehm ist. Die groƟe Ć¼berdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und Sitzecken bietet ausreichend Platz. In der ersten Etage sind 2 weitere Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Badezimmer. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Betten waren fĆ¼r unseren Geschmack etwas hart, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache. Die KĆ¼che ist gut ausgestattet. FĆ¼r ambitionierte Kƶch*innen fehlt evtl das ein oder andere KĆ¼chenutensil (KƤsereibe, scharfe Messer, Passiersieb, KĆ¼chenhandtuch..) und ein Grill im Garten (elektrisch oder Gas) wƤre schƶn gewesen. 2 Schlafzimmer gehen zur StraƟe. SchlƤft man bei offenen Fenstern, muss man damit rechnen, die vorbeifahrenden Autos zu hƶren. Wem das stƶrt, ist das Schlafzimmer zum Garten zu empfehlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt in dem Haus. Wir haben die 2 Wochen sehr genossen und wĆ¼rden es jederzeit wieder buchen. Wir mƶchten uns nochmal ganz herzlich bedanken bei Adelaide. Sie hat sich uns mit groƟer Herzlichkeit empfangen und war immer fĆ¼r uns da. Danke!!!!

Nous avons adorĆ© notre sĆ©jour dans cette trĆØs belle maison de ville au charme indĆ©niable. Lorsque lā€™on pousse la porte de cette bĆ¢tisse on ne sā€™attend pas Ć  y dĆ©couvrir un si bel endroit, le jardin et la terrasse couverte offre un espace totalement inĆ©dit en ville, fabuleux pour organiser des jolis dĆ®ner entre amis ou prendre des petits dĆ©jeuner Ć  la fraĆ®che. Lā€™accueil par AdĆ©laĆÆde est irrĆ©prochable, elle est trĆØs Ć  lā€™Ć©coute et ultra rĆ©active. La maison est situĆ©e Ć  20 mn des plages et de Ramatuelle, Cogolin offre la possibilitĆ© de faire des courses Ć  des tarifs raisonnables (prĆ©cieux pour la rĆ©gion) la maison est situĆ©e dans le vieux village plein de cachet et calme, malgrĆ© le fait que la maison soit en ville nous nā€™avons pas eu de difficultĆ© pour nous garer. nous recommandons +++ et reviendrons avec plaisir.
