Slave cabins at Evergreen Plantation, located on the west side of the Mississippi River in St. John the Baptist Parish, constructed in 1790, Wallace, Louisiana, USA.
The ugly and sad parts of American history. These cabins were the home for slaves since the early 1800s. The insane thing is that the last families of African slave decent moved out of these cabins in 1977!
Really good tour, didn't see many gators but our tour guide made up for that in entertainment 😜
