Cold coffee. Staff was upset when asked to make a fresh pot. No coffee at 4 am. Staff said we don’t make it until breakfast hours. Ask for extra coffee for room and they acted like we were asking for a free night. Will not stay there again.

Pool was not open yet. Beds were very uncomfortable. Pull out bed bed had no linen. Breakfast was 1/10. Orange juice was sour, apple jucie was out. Water and cereal with milk was your options. There were a few muffins, bagles and frozen jimmy dean biscuits. Over all the cost/value was poor.

The room appeared like it was clean, but I found things from previous guest. The tub had a big hairball as a stopper. I know I only paid $78, but seriously that should not matter when it comes to cleanliness and customer service.
