"Nick at the front desk was patient, helpful and accommodating, especially when we found out the pool was not cleaned and therefore not open, after we promised the kids a swim when we arrived. Issues: Ice machine was broken, not enough towel sets were available for the extra people in the room, electrical outlet in room 132 was pushed in and could not use it, old mattress and water heater were visible laying inside courtyard, pool was not available, waffles tasted bad, milk was bad. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean."
