Tub was dingy, my nightstand was sticky, candy under the chair, pink pen on the floor, noisy in the hallway, noisy ac. Dated room.

Came to Hilton Garden after 9:00p.m. after escaping horrible stay at a Hampton Inn. Davion at the front desk was so truly welcoming and just all around excellent at his job. Hilton Garden was clean, quiet - just everything you need a hotel to be. And all of the front desk staff we encountered were welcoming, polite, kind and awesome. Next time I'm in Sacramento, this is definitely where I'll stay. Again, two amazing thumbs up to Davion for checking us in and providing a calm oasis after the horrible ordeal we'd just encountered at our other hotel. This hotel is great. Oh, they do need to warn guests about needing to request housekeeping though. Hilton family wide, that should be something guests are told at check in. We had an ADA room (tub with handheld shower and standard shower head and grab rails for toilet) and were satisfied; however, handheld shower does need to be re-tightened. A small issue that I am sure this well-run hotel's maintenance will handle.

Mattresses so uncomfortable. Lumps everywhere!!! Could not sleep. Staff was incredibly rude! I will never stay at a Hilton again. Room was far too expensive for me to be subjected to this.

Good Hotel

We stay here about once a month, Last couple years at Christmas time The hotel is very noisy!! We were on the third floor. People screaming and laughing running up and down the halls all through the night. 3am to 4 am was really bad!! I would think there would be more security To stop this stuff.

Business

Maids kept knocking at the door way before check out time. Room keys didn't work. Had to go downstairs to readjust on a tight time frame.

Nice and centrally located.

Good choice and walking distance to restaurants. The in-house restaurant had lots to be desired though.

Great Stay

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They even helped me check in for my flight. Room was clean and smelled clean! I am very picky with scents and the linens actually smelled fresh and clean. Bed was not all that great. Shopping and restaurants are numerous in the area and they even have a hair salon in the immediate area that I was able to sneak into for a blow and dry. Overall a pleasant place to stay.
